For sales associates:

  • You must go through a complete FBI criminal background check.
  • Complete and pass the real estate examination and apply within 60 days.
  • Complete the application form given to you upon passing the exam on site.

For brokers:

  • Proof of completion of 21 credit hours with 12 in real estate from an accredited college with three 3 credit hours in Brokerage Management or three hundred thirty-six (336) classroom hours in real estate from an approved proprietary school with 48 in Brokerage Management. To request an education review you can fill in this form and allow 10 days of processing before you register for an examination.

  • The application will have an experience verification affidavit, you must have 2 years of experience working at least 20 hours a week as a licensee.

  • You must bring a basic, silent, non-programmable calculator which does not have a keyboard containing the alphabet.
