When does my account expire?

You can verify this in the upper-right corner of your member dashboard.

I can't participate in the webinar chats.

You can access webinars from your member dashboard. Our webinars are hosted by YouTube. If you want to participate in the chat from a PC/Mac, you'll need to be logged into a valid Google or YouTube account. If you want to participate in the chat using a mobile device, you'll need to have the YouTube app installed on your device.

Where can I find my state content?

Our audio and video products focus on the national portion of the exam while our practice exams contain sample questions and explanations for both the national and state-specific portions. Our state-specific practice exams are designed to be supplemental to your pre-licensing course, but we include explanations with each question so you can study from them as well.

The vocabulary worksheet doesn't let me write and save my own definitions.

To ensure your browser will operate correctly, please re-start your computer or device. Then, when you access your vocabulary worksheet, make sure to click the "My Definition" tab. This will give you a blank area to type your definition. Our system will automatically save your definition once it's been entered.

How can I see if I signed up for the right package?

You can verify this in the upper-right corner of your member dashboard.
