In addition, there will be a review of important general real estate concepts and vocabulary on topics of finance, contracts, agency etc. The crash course is taught by Maria Center. Maria is a Florida licensed real estate broker and a licensed real estate instructor in Florida. In addition, Maria is a licensed broker in Ohio, Alabama, Kentucky and Virginia and has been practicing real estate in Ohio for 21 years. She has helped hundreds of students pass their real estate exams as an instructor and tutor.
